Ibis Bangkok Riverside

Its location is picturesque not far from mrt station and the ferry that was approx £0.8p to cross the river and temple, pat pong, silomvillage, kaosan road 40-50min. I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with good view as well as clever bunk beds was not a problem.

The breakfast was savoury and above average with a view onto the river, the staff was well-trained. This was a relaxing hotel with a central location near Icon Siam shopping mall.

Views appeared to be awful.

Staying here was a delight, especially with the beautiful sunrise and night views by the river. The helpful staff, and the breakfast spread by the river was a great start to the day. The additional breakfast charge felt unnecessary, and I would have appreciated a water cooler in the room instead of just two complimentary bottles. The location was perfect for accessing local eateries and nearby boat services.

We truly enjoyed how close it is to sena fest. The room had a good balcony...

Staff are attentive. Pool is great and it's just next to the river bank. Coffee shop is simple but style. Within walking distance from the BTS.

Sound proof in room is poor

All fine, but pool hours limited.

position of hotel is good,free transport to the skytrain and back.

Front desk staff seem to be all inexperienced juniors who need more work experience.Bar prices are somewhat overpriced as is the restaurant, an option is to leave the hotel and go to the main road.....turn left and walk just past the petrol station where there is a good seafood restaurant that serves food and drink at very reasonable prices.

The delicious breakfast really exceeded my expectations.

The gym equipment was outdated.

The atmossphere was good and it was what we expected.

Very good value for money. Staff was friendly although the bar was badly staffed (later at night...). Eat from the menu and not from the buffet. A la carte food is excellent - the buffet not so much.

I wanted to merge two reservations that I made and charge them both to one card. That was not possible (with them) and rather annoying...

The pool was very nice and the view also.

Not well located. Taxis hardly understand how to get there.

I love the pools and riverside garden. Pets also allowed. Nice cleanliness and facilities in room. Scheduled transfer service to BTS. Food shops and convenient stores around. New and clean hotel. Good speed of free wireless at lobby.

Housekeepers sang a song, guest gossip and talk loudly when they do cleaning. The wall is too think I think, I can hear TV sound, talking and switch on-off sound from next room.

When making a reservation, we asked for a king size bed, however, they provide us with two twin bed. Also being over charged B500 by the hotel staff by mistake.

Clean, fairly large hotel with free parking on-site. Location close to the other restaurants in the neighborhood🙂❤
